Responsibility at Wharton: Why Are We Not Getting Paid Again?

He Said Last night I ran a meeting. I looked over the fresh, googly-eyed faces of my peers as they hung on every word I stuttered and tried to present myself as confident and collected. Hey, I took Communications here at Wharton, this is no problem! Back straight, make eye contact, zip your fly, emphasize important points - three of four aint too bad, right? As I tucked back my franks and beans, I realized that there actually exists a group of Wharton MBAs who think that I am capable of leading a team.

Im thinking of doing an investment banking internship this summer, but Ive heard horror stories about the hours and Im not sure I could cope with that lifestyle. I also have the option to go back to my old firm this summer. Youve had first-hand experience of banking - what do you recommend?I take it from your question that youve been offered a position - congratulations! Id strongly recommend grabbing the opportunity with both hands.
